  10. Datastorm Technologies is making a maintenance release of
  11. PROCOMM for windows available on their public BBS.  The file
  12. may be downloaded by anyone - no password required.

  14. This release fixes many things, including the 'resource depletion'
  15. problem, which causes unexpected crashing of the system.

  17. A copy of version 1.00 must be already installed on the system
  18. to be upgraded.
