- Sounds to me like you have two instances of Word running. Try closing
- every application except program manager and one instance of Word, then do
- SaveAll. Make sure you do a Ctrl-Esc to verify that you've stripped
- everything.

- I presume that your normal.dot is not on a network and is not being shared
- by other users. If it is, then look there for your problem.
