  13. Here's the problem:

  15.     We are currently using PC/FTP and Novell 3.11 without any problems.
  16. We also have a product (home grown) called McShell.  McShell provides the
  17. capability for swapping tasks on the PC.  That is, you can be running
  18. a DOS program, press a set of control keys and start another task.  Thereby
  19. allowing you to swap back and forth between the tasks with hot keys.  The
  20. background task(s) are not active except in foreground.

  22.     The main problem is that where as McShell runs just fine with
  23. the PC/FTP product, we always lose our file handles for any open files
  24. on the Novell server.

  26.     If anyone has any suggestions as to where we should look (we have
  27. started deengineering the NETX) please feel free to jump in. Our group
  28. would really like to start a converstation with one or more individuals
  29. who might lead to a fix for the problem.
