  15. after installing a patch into MS-C/C++ 7.00, the following new bug
  16. appears:

  18. The PWB (now Version 2.1.49) switches "friction" and "factor"
  19. seem to have no longer an effect. On my 486/50, the cursor movement
  20. is incredible fast now. The only way to prevent this is
  21. the "fastfunc:.... off" switch.
  22. But then cursor movement is too slooow.

  24. In the original distribution Version of PWB, this was OK.

  26. Perhaps MS should supply an UNPATCH.EXE program :-)
