  12. I was wondering if anyone has a good Julian Date function.  In particular, it
  13. needs to account for leap years.  If anyone has a book that contains the
  14. Function I would be willing to purchase one, or if it is short enough to type
  15. in the pseudocode I would be much appreciative.  I will be converting the
  16. Function to a QuickBasic routine.  Thanks in advance.
