  20. Set the TOPLOW flag on INSTALL_TSR and voila!  Speaking of AMIS, I intend to
  21. release AMISLIB 0.90 over the weekend.  It does more internal bookkeeping,
  22. so some of the parameters to various of the macros will disappear.  It also
  23. adds hotkey conflict detection (new in AMIS 3.5, which I'll be formally
  24. releasing at the same time).
