  17. I've no experience with Pacific Page's products, but I would check
  18. that they can be installed in a IIIP.  Also, if it's important to you,
  19. you should also confirm whether Pacific Page uses licensed Adobe
  20. PostScript, or a PostScript clone.  If it's the latter, your purchase
  21. should include a money-back guarantee if you have difficulty priting
  22. the type of PostScript work you require.  I have heard of differences
  23. between Adobe PostScript and clones, so this is something you should
  24. test thoroughly if the PPage isn't using Adobe code.

  26. As for the HP PostScript cart, I've used these extensively.  They work
  27. well, though the speed is slower than a dedicated PostScript printer.

  29. If you're interested, I have an extra HP PostScript cartridge.  I
  30. bought 4, but wound up only needing 3.  This is still in the original
  31. HP shrinkwrap.  The cartridge is the original version of the cartridge
  32. that does PostScript level 1, not the latest version that supports
  33. PostScript level 2.  If you're interested, make me an offer.
