- I doubt this is necessary. I do find, however, that it's helpful to
- put the "O" on the command line. I frequently leave my modem
- connected as I work throughout the day. Clicking on the Telix icon
- pops up a window and with the "O" switch, Telix won't disconnect my
- session as it tries to initialize the modem.
