- I have drdos 6.01 ( received patch in May) on a generic 33 MHZ 386
- with 4 M of memory. I let superpck use all of my available 3M of extended
- memory and allow 2M of it for lending (for windows mainly), which has worked
- just fine. I just installed sstor to compress 60 M of my 80 M drive, and
- everything seemed to work except Windows would not run saying "NOT ENOUGH
- EXTENDED MEMORY". I was able to get windows to run by limiting the cache
- size to 1M. So somehow sstor is affecting the lending feature of superpck.
- Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
-
- Also now that I have a sstor volume, can I use the 32 bit disk access feature
- of win 3.1 or will the sstor driver be bypassed and my disk trashed?
-
- One last question - what was the email address for drdos tech support?
- Thanks,
-
