  21. may not be what you're looking for, but most of microsoft's product support
  22. database (officially called the 'KnowledgeBase') is available on
  23. CompuServe. It's also available for purchase on cd-rom, don't know
  24. if it'd be worth it for you.

  26. There is 'internal' information which is not released at all, but
  27. most of the information is availabled to the public in this way
  28. or to product support callers.

  30. This database is written by and for product support, I've written
  31. ~80 articles on DOS.
