- may not be what you're looking for, but most of microsoft's product support
- database (officially called the 'KnowledgeBase') is available on
- CompuServe. It's also available for purchase on cd-rom, don't know
- if it'd be worth it for you.

- There is 'internal' information which is not released at all, but
- most of the information is availabled to the public in this way
- or to product support callers.
