  11. I apologize for asking such a basic question, but the
  12. title says all. Of course, the file cannot be unpacked.
  13. I'm using Procomm Plus 1.1B to download the file from a
  14. UNIX machine, to which the file was in turn downloaded from
  15. ftp.cica.indiana.edu (the size here was the same).
  16. The file type in Procomm is set to binary; the ASCII
  17. value of the 8th byte quote character is set to 38.
  18. What gives?
