- I apologize for asking such a basic question, but the
- title says all. Of course, the file cannot be unpacked.
- I'm using Procomm Plus 1.1B to download the file from a
- UNIX machine, to which the file was in turn downloaded from
- ftp.cica.indiana.edu (the size here was the same).
- The file type in Procomm is set to binary; the ASCII
- value of the 8th byte quote character is set to 38.
- What gives?
