  20. I have the Tannebaum book and most of the source code already typed in. I
  21. have been typing it in as I read the book. I recently noticed in the
  22. FAQ that the books version is known as 1.0 but that the first release of
  23. executables is 1.1.

  26. I believe you are wasting your time.  I found key portions of the source code 
  27. to be missing from the text, besides the fact you don't have the source code 
  28. to any of the "build tools", utilities, shell etc.  I tried to do exactly 
  29. what you're doing and decided I was better off buying the whole package.

  36. That's exactly what I'm doing, besides recompiling the code with a better C 
  37. compiler (MPW C) than the one supplied (the ACK C compiler).
