  15. some of my X application won't make (namely xchomp and xv) and I get the
  16. error message:
  17.         Undefined symbol _setjmp referenced from text segment

  19. i assume this has something to do with the shared libraries between GCC and
  20. X11. i remember someone having a similar problem but I can't find
  21. their posts.

  23. Also....some of my working apps look for pixmap when converting strings to
  24. graphics....but evidently it doesn't find it. This is the last remaining
  25. font which I have had problems with.

  29. Ohyeah.....BTW......when I exit X11, my screen is garbled if I started
  30. out with a SVGA text mode, namely 132x44. Has anyone found a way to reset
  31. this? Someone said delete some of the clock timings but I am using the
  32. auto-detect routine so there are no clocks listed in my Xconfig.
