  19. I don't know, what the documentation in MCC-Interim tells you to do, but
  20. LILO never overwrites your MBR unless explicitly asked to (except if your
  21. root FS happens to span the entire disk, e.g. you don't have any partitions
  22. at all).

  27. If you haven't backed it up before, you can't uninstall it easily. (Starting
  28. with lilo.5, any boot sector that's overwritten, is backed up automatically.)

  34. Well, you could try to boot OS/2 from LILO. If /dev/hdaX is your OS/2
  35. partition, something like

  37.     os2=/etc/lilo/chain.b+/dev/hdaX@/dev/hda

  39. in your /etc/lilo/install should be able to boot OS/2. (Could anybody who
  40. is booting OS/2 with LILO please correct me if this is wrong ?)
