  17. I had the Oak 512k, and it was proven beyond doubt that you can't do
  18. Linux' X with it. Of course plain alpha numeric stuff will work, but
  19. that will hardly be surprising.

  21. It was suggested that the new Xfree86 will be so modular that it may 
  22. well be easy to add a new videocard. Now that would be surprising.
