  15. After all this megaflaming and some advices a little piece of information for
  16. those not yet capable of debugging the script - such as me ;-)
  17.  
  18. Get the comp1.1 through comp3.1 (it may be some other name these days, it was
  19. 1 month ago) in some ../images directory on tsx-11.mit.edu.

  21. put them on the 3 disks, and run install - it will work fine! It is a very
  22. nice written script with sufficient bloody yes/no-questions for any dos-user ;-)

  24. Really, it worked like a champ - except one thing: I cannot link binaries
  25. for X11 - they complain about some X11lib* which seem to be there...
  26.  
  27. I failed making gnuucp in file uuxqt.c (or something alike) because of an
  28. union thing 'status' - which the compiler does not know the size of.
  29.  
  30. But I compiled the compression-program lha with a simple 'make', I could
  31. compile Banner and gothic without a single warning, and I am proud of
  32. that ;-) me a dos-user compiling things on unix which really *work* ;-)

  34. Another little problem I am having I will write in article 'exec - how use it'.
