  30. Ok, here are my questions (I'm an absolute beginner):
  31. My configuration includes an ATI-Vantage, which ist nearly the same as
  32. an ATI-Ultra (it is only a little slower and much cheaper...). Until now
  33. I am not able to start X11 with the softland (SLS) Version
  34. (0.96-kernel). I suppose, the problem is the missing 8514-driver and
  35. perhaps the bus mouse patches.
  36. Where can I get the stuff? How is it installed? Is it possible using the
  37. 0.96 kernel? ...
