- I started out with a AMD 386 '33, 4Mb memory, IDE 120Mb drive (~700Kb
- through-put), and a kernel build from scratch took ~ 1 hour 20 minutes.
- After adding an additional 4Mb of memory, the kernel build from scratch
- took about 15 mins. Additional memory makes a big difference...
