- When i tried to make this, gcc choked on cmdline.c, getting those ol'
- parse errors on termios.h. Everything else was fine. The first two

- If i remove the first line, everything builds happily. I have no idea why
- it's there anyway, since i presume that should be defined in types.h to
- tell subsequent header files that it has already been #included.
