- Hi,
-
- I am trying to get pboot.exe to change my bootdisk
- so it will use the hard drive for the filesystem rather
- than the root disk.. I am having some trouble though
-
- Even after getting some help from people..
-
- here is what I am type (note.. pboot is run off the b: drive
- and my boot disk is in the a: drive)
-
- a:>pboot
- [misc. pboot stuff]
- enter hard disk: 0301 (i want to use the first partition on my hard
- drive)
- enter source file name: a:\boot97.1
-
- either i get
- a: contains non-hex digits aborting
- or
- General Failure Reading Drive A:
-
- yet the boot disk boots and run perfectly...
-
- any help is appreciated..
- thanks
-
