  14. First off thanks for all those that sent me info on how to set the ST02's
  15. jumpers.  It worked!

  17. Now I come to another problem.  The boot disk boots now then I get to the
  18. point where I get to login.  I choose install because I want to install 
  19. this thing on my HD.  The installation script seems to be tailor written
  20. for everything except scsi drives.  Note I've already partitioned the new
  21. type minix filesystem on my harddrive.  When I use mkfs what number of
  22. blocks do I use?  This is a single partition of 85 megs (it is an st296)
  23. Whenever it accessed the floppie I keep seeing "floppy under/overflow"

  25. What does that mean?  Does it have anything to do with the message
  26. "Unexpected floppy interrupt" upon booting?  I've tried a couple of things
  27. and think I copied the files onto the filesystem manually.  When making the
  28. boot disk for linux where it tells you to read in the boot sector and
  29. modify offset 0508, what do I put there in area if I want the bootdisk
  30. to boot from scsi disk #2?  Has anyone else ever done this and actually
  31. got it to work?
