  18. If I remember correctly, recent unlicenzed VMS versions of Zmodem expect
  19. some magic cookies that are only sent by Omen's Zmodem programs, but not
  20. by the "clones" (well, at least at that time). So you might indeed run
  21. into some "technical" problems.

  23. Too bad Kermit doesn't have a "fast" mode with all the control character
  24. escaping disabled ...
