- Check out C/80 by Software Toolworks, Sherman Oaks, CA.
- As I recall, it had a "make" utility.

- It went with their product C/NIX, a Unix-like shell for CP/M machines.
- I played with it for a while, and it's great!
- (It does for CP/M what MKS Toolkit does for DOS).
