  12. I am interested in installing a news system on my Coherent (4.0.1)
  13. system, but I know very little about it.  What I am looking for here
  14. is a list of the "available" software to do this.  Something along
  15. the lines of:
  16. News readers -
  17.      readnews= old reliable standy, available from ???
  18.      rn      = more user friendly,  available from ???
  19.      ???= etc.
  20.  
  21. News agents -
  22.      bnews
  23.      cnews
  24.      ???
  25.  
  26. or whatever.  I have seen posts mentioning things like "TIN" and "ELM"
  27. but I have no idea what category they fit into etc.  I guess a "catalog"
  28. of news software is what I am after  and some idea of where to start.
  29. Comments/reviews would be OK but not required.  The two main points are
  30. to 1.  find out what is available on Coherent and 2.  find out which
  31. programs work together (i.e. cnews <-> rn).
