  33. Uh, I don't know if anybody suggested this one, but just in case...
  34. There is an "undocumented" feature of the DOS fdisk command.  If you enter
  35. FDISK /MBR  (or is it just /M?) it will write a new master boot record to
  36. the disk, effectively canning whatever was there before.  No need to
  37. re-install DOS.
