Hi prospective users of nn,

today I received Udo Munk's port of nn 6.4.16 to COH 4.0 and uploaded it to
raven.alaska.edu . It is now sitting in pub/coherent/incoming32 as 13
uuencoded files, named nn.uue.a through nn.uue.m .

I don't remember what the standard procedure is for notifying Jay Beavers,
keeper of raven, about new uploads to his system. Jay, if you read this,
please drop me a short notice about the way you want it done.

In order to get going with nn, you will have to edit the file numbers out of
each file (should be only the first line of each file, but please check
the bottom, too, I didn't!) and then issue the command cat nn.uue.* > nn.uue
then uudecode nn.uue to get the compressed nn.tar.Z  . I guess everybody
knows how to go on from there. Probably you can extract the whole thing
in one comand line doing some fancy piping, but I'm too lazy to try now,
and besides, I haven't updated to COH 4.0 yet.
