  22. I understand your feelings. I would like to point out however that my
  23. recent posting was not in vain. There is someone at IEEE reading and
  24. responding to Email. I was quite suprized to get a personal call at
  25. work from IEEE service center asking what they could do to make everything
  26. right.

  28. I was honest with her and explained my apathy and that it was possible
  29. that if there was any renewal info with the regular re-enlistment papers,
  30. then I just missed it.

  32. One thing you might want to do is find out what is happening in the different
  33. societies in your area. Depending on where you live, there could be a lot
  34. of benefit to getting involved in local chapters.
