  19.     Comp.org.eff.talk is an unmoderated group, which means that
  20. people can pretty much talk about anything they darn well please
  21. without interferance from us.

  23.     However, we hope that people will use the group to talk about
  24. the sorts of issues the EFF addresses.  Such as civil liberties with
  25. respect to comptuters, privacy issues, universal access issues,
  26. telecom legislation, etc.

  28.     I've noticed that most threads eventually devolve into debates
  29. over libertarianism for some reason.
