  20. The answer is no.  However, we know it makes sense, and are in
  21. the process of developing the ACM Network Services (ACM-NS).  The forms you
  22. mention, among others, will be available via anonymous ftp (and other
  23. mechanisms) in the near future.  If you have misplaced your reports, contact
  24. Judy Granat (granat@acm.org or granat@acmvm.bitnet).
