  18. just buy our Xing technology MPEG encoder for 499 DM and use your
  19. favourite frame grabber to store TGA pics or use our PC Huuricane for
  20. additional 999 DM to grab 25 frames/sec to extended memory at 320x240
  21. screen size. If you have 64 MB memory there will fit many frames
  22. inside the RAM and then you can store them in TGA format.

  24. Then the MPEG encoder "renders" them in about 1.5 seconds/frame to a
  25. MPEG file.

  29. BTW, there is a free player called MPEGXING.LZH which works on the PC
