- How about a "Perkin-Elmer 7350 Professional" computer? We used one for
- years at work. I can still get one of those two machines from a consultant
- to whom it was given as partial payment. The unit has a graphics monitor
- with buttons (for a menuing system), dual 8Mhz 68000 (to facilitate
- instruction restart on page fault), dual half-height 5.25" floppy drives
- and a SASI/ST506 disk combo. The machine runs System III. The consultant
- wants <$400 for it. I am not sure I want go pick it up because it is
- old and not supported. The original disks and a full set of manuals are
- available.
-
- If I knew of other owners out there in net.land, I might try and bargain
- him down and pick up this monster. It is a desktop sized machine, but
- your desk had better have a thick top :-)
