- Yes, me too, exactly this problem. Same OS.
- Only each UUCP account has a separate ID, same group.
- /var/mail is filling up with files that have names corresponding to the
- uucp login names, u_xyz etc.

- I too have HAVE=HDB_UUCP and the grade info.
- I've ben running older versions of smail without this problem, it seems
- new to .26.
