Firstly, is there an FAQ for sendmail?  If there is then I couldn't find it...

Last week I installed sendmail 5.65c + IDA 1.4.4.1 (and what a beautiful
thing it is :-).  All user's return addresses are now being rewritten as their
full name.  However, one of our users (the Head of the Department,
no less :-(  ) found a problem.  He uses Sun's mailtool (OW 3.0, SunOS 4.1.1)
and sets the "showto" variable (so that mail cc'd to himself shows up as
"To: <recipient>").  This worked fine pre-IDA sendmail, but doesn't work
anymore (mail turns up as being from himself).

Note that "showto" works fine for ELM, but I'd like it to work for mailtool.

Looking at the mail message headers, I can only surmise that mail(tool) isn't
smart enough to figure out that the mail was from the same user.  It probably
takes the From: line verbatim and compares that to the login name (or
something like that).  Is there a workaround?
