  21. Can you be more specific?  When someone says mail didn't go through,
  22. that's not of much help.  Exactly what happened to it?  Did you get
  23. a bounce?  Where did the bounce come from?  What did it say?

  25. The best way to get help from a list or newsgroup when mail doesn't go
  26. through is to post a copy of what you tried and what you got in return.
  27. You can delete any personal text, but the headers and error messages
  28. could be of critical importance.

  30. Also helpful would be copies of any instructions you have received from
  31. management at the node or host which you are trying to use as a gateway.
