- Can you be more specific? When someone says mail didn't go through,
- that's not of much help. Exactly what happened to it? Did you get
- a bounce? Where did the bounce come from? What did it say?

- The best way to get help from a list or newsgroup when mail doesn't go
- through is to post a copy of what you tried and what you got in return.
- You can delete any personal text, but the headers and error messages
- could be of critical importance.

- Also helpful would be copies of any instructions you have received from
- management at the node or host which you are trying to use as a gateway.
