  12. My father works for DHHS in Seattle, Wa. and I would like to communicate
  13. with him via the HHS Gateway.  I am at the University of Washington on
  14. Internet (billcat@u.washington.edu).  He is on a BANYAN network.

  16. I undestand the concept of first sending the message to the gatekeeper at
  17. CFSAN_GATE but it didn't go through.
