There is something fishy here.  My copies of the Smail 3.1.25,
3.1.26 & 3.1.27 source do not contain any mention of the
Return-Receipt-To: header.  They also *not* do anything interesting
with a Return-Receipt-To: header.

I expect someone has produced a patch to do this, *but* it
definitely is *not* part of the stock 3.1.27 release as released
yesterday!
