- My problem is somewhat different - I iconify xmh and the whole thing
- dissapears from my screen (but the process is still running). One thing
- that might help people diagnose problems is (a) what version and patch
- level of window system are you running (eg: MIT X11R5 patch 12) (b) what
- window manager you are using (eg: gwm).

- I have noticed that with gwm and X11R5 patch 12 if the lower window
- (that shows the current message) is blank and I iconify the window, the
- whole lot dissapears (but keeps running in the process table).
