- I realize this may not be possible, but atleast for internal mail is there
- any way the elm can tell or reply to the user the fact that the mail
- has been received? or read? by the recipient?

- I seem to recall this being asked many moons ago with a big discussion
- being hashed out about how could you do this with various standards
- and lack of standards, etc. etc. But, you see we are trying to get
- users off an old antiquated system -- but it has this feature! Arg :-(
