  12. Graphics (formerly SCS, or SDL).

  14. What other procedural languages exist for layout (CMOS, others)?
  15. Are there descriptive references to them (User's Manuals) available?
  16. Are they part of a product offering or research from a university?
  17. Are any in the public domain?
