- Can anyone tell me why PC-Scheme (v. 3.02) runs ok on 386's, but not on 486's?
- We've tried various brands of 486's, without success. On a 486, the error
- message (for valid program statements) is usually:
-
- [Syntax Error] Expression has too many subexpressions.
-
- Looked at the most recent FAQ list, but it doesn't state any restrictions for
- PC-Scheme. What causes the error? Is there a patch, or do people use a
- different PC implementation of Scheme.
