  11. I'm having a problem with &timelocal() in timelocal.pl...  It seems to loop
  12. forever when called with &timelocal(0,0,0,5,8,1992).

  14. A while back I seem to recall a fix being posted here for this problem,
  15. but now I can't find it anywhere.  Does anyone know where I can find this
  16. fix?
