  28. This is totally irrelevant.  If you read the origional message you'd
  29. understand how far in the trees you are.

  31. Someone asked about whether or not they could just distribute the 
  32. <program>.EXE file for their application, or did they need other
  33. files.

  35. I commented to point out that he would need to send the .OVL files
  36. if he did create any.  Sure he could bind them to the exe also, but if
  37. he didn't, then he didn't, and he needs to send the overlay files.
