  14. Can any one tell me of a c++ bible, something like the kernighan and ritchie
  15. kind or simpler than that say by Kochan.
  16. I need the name of the book and the author. If you know of a good C++ book
  17. from any of the book clubs kindly let me know. I am a member of the
  18. Newbridge book club. I might as well buy it from them at member price
