- the 16-bit-to-32-bit Sign EXtension command. Why, what did you think it

- Well, it's also a figment of Apple programmers' imagination: I'd
- seen it in Apple II docs. I use it myself, in referring to bitwise
- flags that only take up half a byte,... but I don't say it out loud.
