- Ethically amorphous is an understatement. Sadly enough, I find my
- curiosity piqued by the application and the ABA's blindeness to the
- qualifications of the individuals creating 3D&VR graphics in the
- courtroom. At the same time my professional consciense is appalled
- by the mediocre level of interest and qualifications of the worker-bee
- contracted to produce the "tutorial". If you are going to sell your soul
- you should at least ask for a cut of the damages, just as the legal eagles
- do...who knows you may even get 13 pieces of silver. In the tween-times,
- since you obviously know about Internet and seem inclined to post, consider
- inquiring about the concrete ties and the quarry site. MIT, Harvard and
- U-Mass all located in the same state as the defendant have some clever civil
- engineers and geologists who might be able to bring you up to snuff before
- you create a video intended to influence a judge and jury about
- defective railroad ties and the lives and property they put in jeopardy.
-
- Have a nice day.
