  11. Is there a program that will convert an image that was scanned into an
  12. Encapsulated Postscript file?  (It would not have to be exact.)  The
  13. image is only black and white, so it seems that there would be an
  14. algorithm to detect the outline and generate lines and arcs to
  15. approximate the outline.
