  10. For one of our faculty, I'm trying to locate a dos package, preferably 
  11. free/inexpensive and available by ftp, that converts graphics files 
  12. _from_ hpgl or pic  _to_ cgm or clp formats.

  14. Corel Draw does what's needed, but the cost is more than the department
  15. can afford.

  17. Any pointers (including a better newsgroup to post this request to)
  18. will be appreciated. Prefer replies by email.
