- The most complex traces I've done take over a megabyte to store the
- source file... these are traces of digitised objects (spitfire, me_109,
- human head & body), which I've converted to POV format, stored as
- several thousand smooth triangles. They take several hours each on a Sun
- IPC.

- The only animation I've done so far is about 140 frames, each taking
- about 5 minutes on the same Sun.
