- OKee. From the FAQ, I get the jist of the "ESC [ A" arrow key problem.
-
- Seems kinda silly to me. It seems that Emacs makes some pretty troublesome
- key binding decisions... ^S, ^H, ESC[... Seems like a Bad Thing.
-
-
- ANYWAY. I want to know how I can fix my arrow key problem at my site.
- The FAQ recommends that I modify either my "default.el" file, or my
- "term/xterm.el" file, or something. However, putting (enable-arrow-keys)
- in either of these files seems to have NO effect. Emacs doesn't even
- seem to look at these files.
-
- What gives?
