  21. My guest account at the University of Louisville has been suffering Mail
  22. Congestion recently since the system installed a new Vax 6400.  In fact I'm not
  23. even sure the digests since Sat, 05 Sep 1992 (6.257) have gotten through.  I've
  24. received no errors, but also, I've received only a few MBU-L messages.

  26. I'm trying to track down the problem and have left mail for one of the systems
  27. folks I know whose been very helpful in the past--although I'd imagine with
  28. this major upgrade he's inundated with work now.

  30. I send this message (from C&CD 6.259) to tell readers that if they did not
  31. receive issues 6.256 - 6.258, that the messages are probably lost in the
  32. electricity.  If you do not receive this message, then don't worry--what you
  33. don't know about electricity can't shock you.
